Hairless, warm to the touch, and full of personality, the Sphynx is an attention-loving extrovert in cat form.
A little history
The Sphynx emerged in Toronto in the 1960s from a naturally hairless kitten, then was carefully bred to establish the coat-free breed. Despite appearances, the skin is often covered in a fine peach-fuzz down.
Temperament
Outgoing, mischievous, and devoted, Sphynx cats seek warmth and constant interaction, often curling up under blankets with their people.
